This Full Moon Circle will centre around the energies of creation and release - honouring what we have brought into being and releasing any attachment into the natural flow of the universe through craft, breathing techniques and mudra work, so we can clear space for the next cycle.

Each week we will focus on one of the R's, building up our tool kit. Having a variety of tools for each of the R's allows you to find the one that works best for you, depending on the type of stress you are dealing with.

Finally, we will bring all the tools together to learn how to use the 4 R's in a state of flow that works.
