Is The Portal fully online?
Yes, completely. Everything, practices, live classes, courses and gatherings, happens online, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
What's the difference between Visitor and Resident?
Both get exactly the same full access. Visitor is month-to-month with the flexibility to cancel anytime. Resident is a six-month commitment at a lower monthly rate, for the person ready to walk this path with us for a while.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Visitor has no minimum commitment, so you can cancel anytime, just message us and we'll take care of it. Resident is a six-month commitment; once that's complete, the same applies, reach out whenever you're ready and we'll process it for you.
What happens after my six-month Resident commitment ends?
Your membership simply continues automatically, one billing cycle at a time. No action needed to keep going, and you're free to step back whenever you'd like.
Do I need any experience or equipment to start?
None at all. Every practice meets you exactly where you are, whether it's your first time or your five-hundredth. A mat and a quiet corner is really all you need.
What if I miss a live class?
Every live Practice is recorded, so you can catch up whenever you're ready. Nothing is ever lost.
Can I try it before committing to membership?
Yes, the Drop-In (£15, one class) and The Trio (£40, three classes) are both built exactly for that, a gentle way to feel what The Portal is like before you decide.
When I first imagined The Portal, I didn't imagine a content library.
I imagined a place.
A place that would always be there whenever life felt uncertain. A place you could return to after a difficult conversation.
A bereavement.
A celebration.
A beginning.
A place where movement and stillness, science and spirituality, curiosity and compassion could all sit side by side.
