Welcome to SoulTribe Studios.
By booking a class, workshop, membership or event with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These help us create a smooth, safe and supportive experience for everyone who enters our space.

1. Classes, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by Students

Cancellations & No Shows
• Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will incur a £4 charge, and no shows a £6 charge. The class will also be deducted from your membership or class pass.

Bookings & Class Registration
• Class bookings close 30 minutes before the start time. Please ensure you arrive on time, as the door will be locked once the class has begun.

Minimum Numbers

  • Classes need to consistently achieve a minimum of 4 bookings to be viable.

  • Classes will be reviewed at the end of each month, and if a class consistently falls below the minimum it will be adjusted, paused or removed from the timetable.

  • School Holiday Timetable

    During school holidays, our timetable may be gently reduced to reflect quieter bookings and the realities of childcare and travel for our teaching team.

    If a class has very low numbers booked (typically fewer than 4), it may be taken off the schedule for that period.

    We’ll always aim to give as much notice as possible, and you’ll be refunded or able to transfer your booking if needed.

    Outside of school holidays, we remain committed to running classes consistently and only make longer-term changes after careful review.

    Cancellations by SoulTribe

  • On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or amend a class due to teacher sickness, emergencies, or operational issues.

  • If this happens, you will receive a refund or class credit, and we will always do our best to offer an alternative option.

2. Memberships

General Membership Terms

  • Memberships run for the duration specified:

    • Starter – 2 weeks

    • Root, Rise, Thrive Monthly – billed monthly

    • Thrive Annual – runs for 12 months

  • Memberships cannot be paused, extended or rolled over due to illness, holidays, or lack of attendance, except where SoulTribe has cancelled a class.

Changes to Classes or Teachers

  • Memberships are for SoulTribe Studios as a whole, not specific class times or teachers.

  • From time to time, class times or teachers may change — this is normal in a studio environment.

  • No refunds (full or partial) will be issued if a teacher changes or a class time is adjusted.

  • We will always ensure that a variety of classes across the week is available for members.

Cancellation of Memberships

  • Monthly memberships can be cancelled any time.

  • Annual memberships cannot be cancelled partway through the term.

3. Workshops, Events & Special Sessions

  • Workshops, retreats, ceremonies and special events often have limited spaces and require advance payment.

  • Events – Cancellations & No Shows

    • Event bookings can be cancelled or transferred up to 48 hours before the start time. After this point, refunds or credits are not available. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your space to someone else.

4. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

By attending SoulTribe classes or events, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Yoga and movement practices involve physical activity and carry a risk of injury.

  • You take part at your own risk and are responsible for listening to your body, modifying where needed, and informing your teacher of any injuries or medical conditions.

  • Our teachers are not medical professionals and cannot offer medical advice.

  • If you are pregnant or have a health condition, please seek approval from a healthcare provider before participating.

5. Studio Conduct & Respectful Behaviour

SoulTribe Studios is a community space built on kindness, inclusivity and mutual respect.

We ask all clients to:

  • Arrive on time. The door will be locked once class has started.

  • Silence mobile phones.

  • Treat teachers, staff and fellow students with respect.

  • Honour the shared, sacred nature of the space.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or membership to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful.

6. Use of the Space & Personal Belongings

  • Personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times.

  • SoulTribe cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage of personal items in the studio or surrounding areas.

7. Booking System & Communications

  • All class and event bookings must be made through our TeamUp booking system.

  • Confirmation emails and cancellation notices will be sent to the email address you registered with — please check it is up to date.

  • By booking, you consent to receive essential service emails relating to your classes and membership.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your data is collected and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

  • We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

  • You may update your preferences or request removal from newsletters at any time.

9. Amendments to These Terms

SoulTribe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in practice or policy. The most current version will always be available on our website.
