At SoulTribe, practice isn’t about performance, perfection, or pushing your body to its limits.
These classes are rooted in yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness — designed to help you move, release tension, reconnect with yourself, and feel more at home in your body.
Some classes are slower and more restorative. Others are stronger and more flowing. All are welcoming, down-to-earth, and taught with the understanding that you do not need to “feel good” to begin.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

soultribe Flow
A steady, breath-led movement practice to help you build strength, create space, and feel more connected to your body. Expect a balance of flow, stretch, and stillness, with options to move in a way that works for you.
Mondays — 9.30am
evening reset - village hall
A gentle, accessible class to stretch, unwind, and release the day. No pressure, no performance — just space to move, breathe, and soften.
Mondays — 7:00pm

soultribe somatic
A deeply intuitive practice rooted in nervous system support. This is a space to soften, release tension, and reconnect with how you actually feel. Less “doing”, more listening.
Tuesdays — 6:30pm
soultribe flow - move & breathe
A flowing, energising class to build strength, improve mobility, and shift your energy midweek. Expect continuous, breath-led movement with a strong, steady rhythm.
Wednesdays — 6:30pm
morning practice
A supportive end-of-week practice to move through stiffness, release the week, and reconnect with your body. Some days will feel energising, others slower — come exactly as you are.
Fridays — 9:30am
weekend practice
A welcoming weekend class to move, breathe, and take time for yourself. Expect a balanced mix of flow, stretch, and rest — a chance to reset before the week ahead.
Saturdays — 9:30am
More than a class . . . a place to feel like you again
a different approach
This is not a studio where you’re expected to bend like a pretzel, wear matching activewear, or leave feeling “fixed.”
At SoulTribe, practice is about learning to listen to yourself again.
Some days you’ll arrive full of energy. Some days exhausted, grieving, anxious, angry, joyful, numb, overwhelmed, hopeful, or uncertain. All of it is welcome here.
Because practice is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning to yourself.
NEW TO PRACTICE?
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, spiritual, or “good at yoga” to begin.
Many people come to SoulTribe after feeling intimidated by gyms, large studios, or highly performative wellness spaces.
You’ll find a supportive, welcoming environment here, with options offered throughout classes and encouragement to move in a way that feels right for your body.
