You do not need to be flexible, experienced, spiritual, or “good at yoga” to begin.

If you’ve ever worried that you’re:

  • too stiff

  • too anxious

  • too overwhelmed

  • too busy

  • too old

  • too unfit

  • or simply “not the kind of person who does yoga”...

You are not alone.

SoulTribe is a space for real people living real lives.

A place to move, breathe, stretch, rest, soften, strengthen, and reconnect with yourself — without pressure to perform or pretend you’ve got it all together.

Every practice starts exactly where you are.

what to expect

Classes at SoulTribe are rooted in yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system support.

Some are slower and deeply restorative. Others are more flowing and energising. All are taught with encouragement to move in a way that works for your body.

There’s no expectation to be advanced, flexible, or graceful.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

A Different Kind of Wellness Space

SoulTribe is not about chasing perfection or forcing yourself to feel positive all the time.

Some days you’ll arrive feeling energised. Other days tired, anxious, emotional, numb, grieving, restless, joyful, or completely overwhelmed.

All of that is welcome here.

Because practice is not about becoming somebody else.

It’s about learning how to be with yourself more honestly.
