There are moments in life when we realise we can no longer think our way through everything.
You might be here because you're exhausted from holding everything together.
Perhaps you're standing at a crossroads and don't know which way to turn.
Perhaps something in your life no longer fits, but you're frightened to let it go.
Perhaps you've spent so long caring for everyone else that you've lost sight of what you need.
Or perhaps, from the outside, everything looks fine — yet inside you know something needs to change.
Whatever has brought you here, Body Wisdom offers a space to pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself.
You don't need to arrive with the answers.
Some people come because they feel burnt out.
Some because they're navigating grief, heartbreak or a significant life transition.
Others because they're tired of people-pleasing, over-functioning or second-guessing themselves.
Often, what brings us together isn't a clear problem to solve, but a quiet sense that something needs attention.
From there, we begin listening.
What often changes?
There are no promises and no quick fixes here.
But people often leave this work feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to themselves.
They begin to recognise the difference between fear and intuition.
They stop overriding what their body has been trying to communicate.
They trust themselves more.
And often, what once felt tangled begins to feel surprisingly simple.
These sessions weave together somatic awareness, embodied reflection, meditation, nervous system support, gentle guidance and conversation.
My approach is grounded, human and relational - less about performance or “high vibe” wellness, and more about creating a space where your full humanity is welcome.
Alongside my background in yoga, meditation and embodied practice, I also trained in Somatic Coaching with The Somatic School, an approach centred around the understanding that the body often holds patterns, stories, wisdom and signals long before the mind catches up.

The full Body Wisdom journey includes four 75-minute one-to-one sessions over the course of a month, along with reflective practices and light-touch support between sessions where needed.

Because this work is intentionally personal and spacious, I only open a small number of Body Wisdom spaces at any one time.

A Discovery Session is a standalone 90-minute one-to-one session where we can explore what's currently going on for you, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and begin uncovering what might be needed next.
Many people find that a single session brings clarity, insight and a renewed sense of direction. If it feels right, there is then the option to continue into the full Body Wisdom journey.
