  • Tuesday 7pm and Wednesday 5.45pm with Lucy

    If you're new to yoga, or want to develop your confidence while working at a steady pace, then this is the class for you! You'll learn key asanas (yoga poses), improve flexibility and strength, and leave feeling a little bit better than when you arrived - and isn't that what it's all about?

  • Tuesday 5.45 and Thursday 9.30 with Lucy

    In our Somatic Yoga classes, led by Lucy, you're invited to be "bodyful," not just mindful. How often do we feel disconnected from our bodies or out of touch with our true desires? Somatic Yoga offers a pathway back to yourself, guiding you to tune into your inner landscape through breathwork, flowing movement, and intuitive exploration.

  • Wednesday 7pm with Lucy

    Find your flow on the mat at a slightly more dynamic pace, perfect for those who've been practising for a while or who want to take their practice to the next level.

    Not suitable for beginners.

  • Fridays at 7.30am with Salli

    Come and learn the fundamental postures and vinyasa (movement with breath) of the Ashtanga primary series with Salli. You will become confident in your sun salutations and a variety of standing and seated postures, focussing on mindful movement to build stamina, strength and flexibility. You don't need to have practiced Ashtanga before to join this class. Beginners with a reasonable level of fitness or yogis wanting to explore a different approach to practice are welcome.

    This is a great opportunity to experience the benefits and joys of an early morning practice. Come and join us – it really is the best way to start the day!

  • Mon, Wed, Fri 9.30am with Lucy

    The perfect way to start your day, this class invites you to set intentions and balance your energies for the day ahead. Connect with the breath, stretch out any tension and leave feeling ready for anything!

    Suitable for all ages and levels of experience.

  • Tuesday 10am with Lucy

    This is your chance to move and stretch at a beautiful, slow, flowing pace, using the breath to support the movement and tuning in to the energies of your body. It's movement medicine - a true time out to reconnect with yourself. Beginning with breathwork and ending with relaxation and guided visualisation. Suitable for all abilities.

  • Release the week's stress and welcome the weekend with Feel Good FriYAY! This playful yoga class offers dynamic movement, fun challenges, and a soothing guided relaxation to help you start your weekend on the right note. Join us for a feel-good flow that leaves you refreshed, revitalized, and ready to embrace the weekend ahead. See you on the mat!
