    Somewhere between the soul-soothing pace of Essence of Yoga and the energising vibes of Vinyasa Flow lives this little beauty: Gentle Vinyasa.

    Think of it as your flowy stepping stone — a sweet spot where you’ll begin to explore the rhythm and structure of Vinyasa yoga, gently building strength, balance, and confidence without diving into the deep end (just yet).

    This is your Saturday morning glow-up — a dynamic vinyasa flow designed to wake up your body, energise your mind, and shake off the week in all the best ways. Expect a strong, feel-good sequence with options to challenge yourself (or not), juicy stretches to open up those tight spots, and a glorious deep rest to seal the deal.

    We’ll move, we’ll breathe, we’ll sweat (a bit), and we’ll leave feeling like absolute legends.

    A warm, welcoming way to begin (or refresh) your yoga journey - with no Lycra, headstands or pressure in sight. Whether you’re brand new or brushing up on your basics, this course helps you build confidence, reconnect with your body, and feel part of our beautiful community.

    Join us for Sunday Sanctuary, a serene and nurturing space dedicated to helping you release the stresses of the week, take a deep breath, and come home to yourself. This class offers easeful, spacious movement combined with sacred soul work and meditation to prepare you for the week ahead.
