Begin your day with a class designed to meet you exactly where you are. Soulful Start is yoga with a focus on how it feels—not how it looks—guiding you to move intuitively and gently in a way that nourishes your body and spirit.
Each class concludes with deep relaxation and incorporates special touches like oracle cards, essential oils, guided meditations, and healing sounds to deepen your connection to yourself.

We finish with 15–20 minutes of gentle guided meditation to help you step into your weekend with calm, clarity, and presence. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
