You’ve never seen a beginners yoga course like this before.
Over 6 weeks at SoulTribe, you’ll learn the foundations of yoga in a way that truly supports your daily life. Each week has a theme designed to help you move through the real struggles we all face:

You’ll discover simple yoga postures, breathing techniques, and guided meditations to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more present — both on and off the mat.

With The Welcome Pass, you’ll get any 4 classes in 30 days so you can try different teachers, styles, and times to see what suits you best.
COME AS YOU ARE
You don’t need fancy leggings. You don’t need to be flexible.
You just need to show up—tired, stressed, busy, curious—it’s all welcome.
Our classes are warm, supportive, and beginner-friendly, always.
