SoulSleep – Bedtime Yoga
Your monthly invitation to rest, recharge, and reset.
Slip into your comfiest clothes (pyjamas welcome) and join us online for 45 minutes of gentle movement, soothing breathwork, and a deeply relaxing yoga nidra to prepare your body and mind for restful sleep.No travel, no bright lights — just a peaceful end to your week. You can roll straight into bed afterwards.
Last Friday of each month, 8.30 - 9.15pm, Zoom only
