One-to-one somatic mentoring for life's thresholds, transitions, and turning points.

Body Wisdom is for those moments when talking isn't quite enough. Together, we'll explore what your body already knows through somatic practices, coaching, breathwork, reflection, and deep listening. A space to untangle overwhelm, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and trust.

A six-month immersion into yoga, embodiment, philosophy, and living practice.

Part study, part practice, part community. Sangha is a space for curious minds and open hearts who want to explore yoga beyond the poses. Together we'll journey through philosophy, history, breathwork, meditation, embodied inquiry, and meaningful conversation.
