Your First Practice

Welcome. If you're feeling a little unsure about where to start, you're in exactly the right place.

Trying something new can feel exciting... and a little daunting.

You might be wondering...

"Am I fit enough?"

"What if everyone else knows what they're doing?"

"What if I can't keep up?"

Let me reassure you.

At SoulTribe, there is no such thing as "getting it right."

I always teach the people in front of me, not a fixed sequence or expectation. Some days we'll move a little more. Some days we'll slow things right down.

You're always welcome to rest.

To modify.

To pause.

Or simply to observe.

The aim isn't to perform.

It's to listen.

And that's exactly what The Practice is here to help you do.

My recommendations for your first Practice

If it's your very first visit, I'd usually suggest starting with one of these five Practices:

🌅 Awaken - Monday 9.30

🌿 Reset - Monday 7pm

🌳 Ground - Tuesday 9.30

🌬 Exhale - Friday 9.30

Rise - Saturday 9.30

They're all welcoming, adaptable and suitable for almost everyone.

Don't worry about choosing the "perfect" class.

Simply choose your first one.

A Guide to Each Practice

“I really enjoyed it. And for the rest of the day I felt more joyful. It’s going to have to be a regular thing for me. It was like medicine.”

— Andrew| Practice: Rise

“There was no pressure, no judgement, no expectation, and there was a real buzz and energy in the room. Lucy makes you feel like you can do ANYTHING!”

— Adam | Practice: Rise

“I loved the practice! You are an inspiring teacher…I will be back!”

— Angharad | Practice: Awaken

Still not sure?

I'd love to help.

Send me a message and tell me a little about yourself, how you're feeling or what you're hoping for, and I'll happily point you towards the Practice I think you'll enjoy most.
