Soundbath FAQ’s
-
WHAT IS A SOUNDBATH?
A Soundbath is a deeply immersive experience where you’re “bathed” in the vibrations of sound — usually from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and voice.
You simply lie down, get comfy (yes, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are very welcome), and let the soothing frequencies wash over you. Unlike a music performance, this is not something you listen to — it’s something you feel.
Think of it as a massage for your nervous system. A sound reset. A portal to peace.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Soundbaths are known to help:
- Calm the mind and soothe anxiety
- Relax the body and ease physical tension
- Support better sleep and deeper rest
- Bring clarity and emotional release
- Gently guide you into meditative, even dreamlike, states
- Rebalance your energy and help you feel more you
- Some people even report reduced pain, unexpected insights, or a real emotional shift — but every experience is unique.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO FEEL?
You might feel:
✨ Deeply relaxed
✨ Tingling sensations or gentle vibrations in the body
✨ Emotions rising and releasing
✨ A dreamy floaty state — or even fall asleep!
✨ Completely held and nourished, like your whole system is being tuned back to harmonyThere’s no “right” way to experience a Soundbath — your body and energy will take exactly what they need.

Do I Need Any Prior Experience?
Absolutely not.
Soundbaths are open to all — no movement, meditation, or yoga experience is needed. You don’t have to do anything. Just show up, get cosy, and let yourself receive.
We welcome anyone who’s feeling the call for calm, connection, or a little pocket of peace in a busy world. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, you’re in good hands.
