Yoga was never meant to be just exercise.

Somewhere along the way, much of modern yoga became focused on performance, aesthetics, flexibility, and “wellness culture.”

But beneath the poses lies something much deeper.

A philosophy.
A practice.
A way of relating to yourself, your body, your breath, your mind, and the world around you.

SoulTribe Sangha is a space for those who feel called to explore that deeper layer.

Not through dogma or performative spirituality.
Not through overwhelming academic study.
And not through pressure to become a teacher.

But through thoughtful teaching, embodied practice, reflection, discussion, and community.

This is yoga as a lived experience.

What is Sangha?

In yogic philosophy, Sangha means community.

A gathering of people walking the path together.

And that’s exactly what this is.

A monthly space to:

  • practise together

  • learn together

  • reflect together

  • ask questions together

  • connect more deeply to the roots and purpose of yoga

This is not about “getting it right.”

It’s about becoming more curious.
More aware.
More connected.
More honest.

You do not need to be flexible, experienced, spiritual, or interested in teaching yoga professionally.

    No session this month — space to rest, reflect, and integrate.

    An introduction to pranayama and how breath supports regulation and balance.

  • The Mind & Inner Landscape

    Meditation, awareness, and meeting yourself more honestly through practice.

  • Living Your Yoga

    Bringing the practice into everyday life — your choices, relationships, boundaries, and way of being.

9:30–10:30am

Optional SoulTribe class beforehand (in person or via Zoom (additional cost to book)

10:30am–1pm

Sangha immersion session

Afterwards

Optional lunch together nearby for those attending in person (not included in cost)

In Person + Online

All sessions are available:

  • in person at SoulTribe Studios

  • live via Zoom

  • and as recordings afterwards

This allows you to revisit teachings throughout the journey or catch up if life occasionally gets in the way.

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate, thoughtful, and community-led.

A note from lucy

I created SoulTribe Sangha because I believe many of us are longing for something slower, deeper, and more honest.

A return to the roots.
A return to community.
A return to practices that help us understand ourselves more fully — not escape ourselves.

This is not about becoming the “perfect yogi.”

It’s about exploring what yoga might actually have to offer us in real life:
presence, awareness, compassion, steadiness, truth, and connection.
